ADHD task-transition support
People with ADHD often face everyday challenges with memory, organization, and task execution. Common struggles include forgetting what they were just doing, skipping steps in routines, or becoming distracted during task transitions. These small interruptions accumulate, leading to frustration and reduced executive functioning in daily life.
The EchoTag project explores how voice, sensory cues, and environmental interaction can support individuals with ADHD in building smoother transitions between tasks, improving attention, and fostering emotional regulation through personalized, non-intrusive reminders.
